3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned Aadhar Card 150 KB

6. Scanned Apaar Card 150 KB

7. Scanned Part-II Mark sheet under 150 KB

8. Scanned Part-II Admit Card under 150 KB

9. Scanned Part-II Exam Form Slip under 150 KB

10. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB

II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR SPECIAL EXAM FORM FOR PART-II(20212-2025)

The online admission process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of P.U.P. College, Motihari i.e www.pupmotihari.com

Step 2: Please click on "Student Login" button given on the home page.

Step 3: When you click the “Forgot Password” link then you will be able to retrieve your
UserID and Password on your registered mobile number.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up , you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Admission/Examination Form.

Step 8: Submit your documents with payment slip at office counter for document verification before last date.
